Do you charge for a quotation?

So long as you are within 20 miles of Taunton the quote is free. Outside this are we may charge a fee; this would be deducted from the invoice should you place an order

I am a homeowner and already have a video doorbell do I have to have one from you on your 2022 residential special?

We supply an ala cart service the doorbell can be replaced with an extra camera, or £100.00 can be deducted from the invoice.

How many cameras can I have?

With a homeowner type of system, you can have up to four cameras. If you wish to have more cameras, we will upgrade the recorder however this can be done up to about 16 cameras or more if you really want a professional kit.

What is the warranty on the system?

The cameras and the recorder both come with a 3-year warranty, and video doorbells have a one-year warranty. All our labour carries a 12-month warranty.

Can I buy the equipment myself and install it?

Yes, you can we will happily sell you the components on their own but
However, we cannot be responsible should you damage them.

Do you supply body cameras or cameras that we could use say on my farm where there is no electricity supply?

Yes, we can supply body cameras also cameras you can use in the woods or anywhere. With these cameras, you have the option of using an SD card or setting them up for 4G reception to watch from your phone.

Does the lighting need to be on permanetly?

In short the answer is no, the cameras use infared. more lightis always better however not 100% necessary

CAN I VIEW LIVE AND RECORDED VIDEO REMOTELY?
Yes, if there is network connectivity then you can use the free supplied App on your mobile device to view live or recorded footage.
