We monitor the health of your system online, free for the first 12 months after we fit a new system.
You have the option to continue this service for a fee after the 12 months.
(You will be notified of the price and given the option 12 months after the installation).

You always have the option of paying a subscription for callouts (1st year is free).

We back our professional installation with a 12-month warranty.
Unless specified other all our cameras come with a 3-year warranty as do the HDD and NVR recorders.

If you are not on a subscription after the 12 months of free callouts we would charge £50.00 call out and £50.00 per hour after the first 30 minutes on site (Subject to change).
